Therese and Chuck Herget	Charles Herget received a PhD in Engineering from UCLA and had a distinguished career in engineering before accepting a very attractive offer for early retirement from a major government laboratory. He went into the real estate business over ten years ago. He worked for Prudential California Realty and Century 21 before he decided to join up with Help-U-Sell Real Estate. He holds a brokers license (#01245022) from the California Department of Real Estate. He is a member of the California Association of Realtors. Therese Herget has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (#00478798) for over thirty years and is a member of the California Association or Realtors. She was born and raised in Oakland and has lived in the East Bay all of her life. If you have any questions about real estate or this area, she is the one to ask.
