Title: Forum on Motivating Our Students to Become Engineers
How to Make It Happen

About the Forum

Test results show that our K-8 students do poorly in math and science. The US students rank disturbingly low among the industrialized countries of the world.

In the belief that IEEE Life Members are in a unique position to help improve the education of our elementary and middle school students, the IEEE Oakland/East Bay and Santa Clara Valley Life Member's Affinity Groups are organizing this meeting entitled: Forum on Motivating Our Students to Become Engineers, How to Make It Happen. The meeting will be held in two sessions, the primary session in the morning and an optional session in the afternoon.
